1. What Arorix Is

Arorix Financial is a financial technology company, not a bank.

Banking services are provided by one or more third-party, FDIC-insured financial institution partners, including Column N.A., Member FDIC.

Funds held in Arorix accounts are held by our partner bank(s) and may be eligible for FDIC insurance up to applicable limits and subject to program terms.

2. Eligibility & Accuracy

To use Arorix, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You are responsible for keeping your information up to date.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• All activity conducted through your account
• Maintaining the security of your login credentials
• Promptly notifying Arorix of any unauthorized access or use

Arorix is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use Arorix for:

• Fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or illegal activity
• Misrepresentation or abusive conduct
• Circumventing safeguards, limits, or compliance controls
• Violating applicable laws or third-party rights

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations at our discretion.

5. Service Availability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy, or error-free operation.

Arorix may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

Arorix does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice.

Any information provided is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as advice.

7. Fees, Limits, and Program Rules

Certain features may be subject to fees, limits, eligibility requirements, or additional terms.

These details will be disclosed within the app or applicable agreements.

8. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Arorix is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amounts paid to Arorix for the Services, if any

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arorix, its affiliates, and partners from claims arising from:

• Your misuse of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable laws

10. Termination

We may suspend or close accounts to:

• Comply with legal obligations
• Prevent fraud, risk, or harm
• Enforce these Terms

You may stop using the Services at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the Services after changes means acceptance.
