Refund & Return Policy

1. Overview

Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days for eligible physical items. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as received

  • It must be in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Refundable Services and Packages

All Arorix service packages and digital services are non-refundable once work has begun or access has been provided.

This includes:

  • Ignite, Momentum, Ascend, and Apex packages

  • Business formation, EIN filings, registered agent services

  • Website builds, strategy setups, branding kits

  • Any digital downloads or one-time use tools

By purchasing a service from Arorix, you acknowledge that, due to the custom and labor-based nature of our work, refunds are not available once service fulfillment has started.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

  • Intimate or sanitary items

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

  • Downloadable software or digital content

  • Gift cards

  • Certain personal care or health items

 

Return Requirements

To complete a return, you must provide a receipt or valid proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, only a partial refund may be granted:

  • Books with visible signs of use

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, video games, or software

  • Items not in original condition, or with missing/damaged parts not caused by Arorix

  • Any return received more than 30 days after delivery

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive the item for the funds to reflect in your account

 

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Re-check your bank or payment account

  2. Contact your credit card company — posting times may vary

  3. Contact your bank — it may take time before your refund is officially posted

Sale Items

Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Discounted or sale items are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

To request an exchange for the same item, email office@arorix.com

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the item, we’ll issue a gift certificate.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

 

Return Shipping

To return your product, mail it to:

You are responsible for your own return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost may be deducted.

For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
